My toddler goes to sleep at nap time and at bed time very well. He naps about 2 hours and sleeps from 7pm until 5:30am (10.5hrs) which is totaling 12.5 hrs. We would love him to have any extra 1 hour of sleep in the morning.. it would be good for his morning fatigue as well as his parent’s . Does anyone have any suggestions? Will he wake up at the same morning time if we put him down later?

My husband and I have 1 beautiful little girl who has just started school. We have tried for years to have another but have just found out that isn’t going to happen, so we are now considering adopting. Will our daughter still love this other child as if it were a blood sibling? Have you experienced this as a parent or as a child?  Suggestions on how to navigate this?

Do you leave a night light on in your toddler’s room?  Is that just encouraging a fear of the dark? Is it helpful or not?

We just changed our daughter to a big girls bed and now she is forever getting up. It’s driving me nuts. How do I make her stay put once she’s been put to bed?
