Cheerios First Moments – What are yours?
I ate them every single day for the first 18 years of my life. Cheerios. (Or affectionately known as “yoyos” in my house.)
I still eat them.
All 3 of my kids eat them too – in fact they were one of their first foods. We are devoted.
The Boy
Still reluctant to try new foods – Cheerios were the step into solid foods for us. For a time, it was all he would eat. We have graduated past Cheerios now, and at the ripe old age of 5.5 he now eats a balanced diet – it did all start with Cheerios though. He’s even giving the thumbs up.
The Girl
Always one to explore, she used to climb into cupboards and help herself to the Cheerios. Didn’t matter where I put them, she hunted them down.
The Baby
He’s a major fan. Seriously. He figured out how to remove the box from the cupboard and he helps himself. He’s not even a year yet. The man has good taste, what can I say?
