I am soon to have triplets. We already have one daughter. Are triplets going to be three times as hard?

It will be three time the nappies, three times the baths and three times the meals. But it’s also three times the cuddles, three times the kisses and 1000 times the love. So although it can be a little more taxing and time consuming it is totally worth it!

  2. I found it not so much harder, just totally different. We already had four kids when our quads came along. Life got a little more hectic but all in all it was totally doable. Our older boys and girls were very keen to help, and since we already had set routines that we did with our older kids everything ran rather smoothly, we just slotted the quads into our family and carried on as usual.

  3. Well that can really depend on the children’s temperaments, and yours. If your first daughter was high maintenance and the triplets are all happy go lucky, then you may find it a breeze. If you are prone to stress over small things then you will most likely find it taxing. It’s not really a question that can be easily answered.

  4. I found my whole world changed! I am not naturally a very “routiney” type of person and triplets came as a real shock to my system. I had to learn some systems to downgrade the chaos and pronto! I had to clean more regularly, do laundry more consistently and become more organized. It was hard at first but I feel like a supermum for discovering all new ways for doing things and things run far more smoothly now.
