Chicken tenders or boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips or nuggets

Grated parmesan cheese

Bread crumbs Grease or spray (Pam or similar)

a large casserole or baking sheet.

Get Making!

Pour some lemon juice into a shallow bowl or pie plate, add garlic powder and grated parmesan to taste.

Put some bread crumbs in a shallow bowl or pie plate

Dip chicken in lemon juice mixture and then cover w/ bread crumbs.

Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet

Roast at 425 for 20 min.

I often serve with salad and raw veggies.

These are great hot or cold.

March is National Nutrition Month. It’s a great time to review what we’re cooking and how can we tweak our favorite recipes to make them a little bit healthier.
