How do you integrate exercise into your day? I have two kids under 3 and am having a really challenging time fitting exercise into my day. I know I am a better mummy when I work out – but I can’t figure out when!
Help! what do you do?

Early in the mornings before the wee ones wake up is best to really focus on your routine or late and night after they’ve gone to bed. Sometimes its hard to get the energy after a long day so I choose the mornings :)
