Minus 1 lb for a total of minus 4lb. I am excited and thankful to the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans for the motivation and accountability!

I still don’t feel or look different. I wonder when the tipping point of feeling the results are noticed by me?

Here’s what I learned this week:

- I am more of an all or nothing kind of gal. I am not someone who can have a small taste of the forbidden fruit. A small taste leads to another taste.. which leads to another.. which leads to the whole buffet. I am best choosing a “cheat time” when I can go for the whole treat and simply enjoy and savour.

- Adding a few slices of purple cabbage to a salad adds a nice crunch and some extra fiber and flavour.salad

- salads can become tedious very quickly. They are boring and I am running out of ideas on how to zip them up.

What do you put in salads to make them more exciting and enticing? I’d love to hear any ideas or tips you may have!
